The Workplace
Kraftaverk is a specialized HVB facility in Gagnef with 22 places for men aged 21-65 years. We accept individuals with addiction issues, often in combination with psychosocial challenges and/or neuropsychiatric diagnoses. The treatment is evidence-based and follows the National Guidelines of the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. The core of our work is CBT, which is applied both in groups and individually to create long-term changes. The facility is located in a scenic environment in Gagnef's church village, near the Österdal River, where we combine treatment with structured interventions and meaningful activities to give our clients the best conditions for recovery.

The Position and Responsibilities
We are now looking for hourly staff for treatment personnel who can start immediately and work during the summer holiday periods. As treatment personnel at Kraftaverk, you will work together with other employees to provide clients with a safe, stable, and meaningful stay. The tasks are varied and include supportive conversations, various treatment interventions, care, medication management, documentation, activities, and other practical tasks. We work with individualized treatment where structure and clarity are central elements. The treatment staff play an important role in, together with other professionals, creating a stable and sustainable care plan for the client. Requirements & Experience
Education:
- To work with us, a minimum of high school education is required. However, it is advantageous if you have education or equivalent professional skills in a relevant field, e.g., treatment assistant, treatment educator/social educator, caregiver, nursing assistant, or other education that the employer finds suitable for the position.
- A valid driver's license (B) is required as travel is involved in the position.
Experience:
- Work experience from similar tasks. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in addiction treatment, psychiatric care, and/or home care/elderly care.
You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good IT skills. A good administrative ability and interest in documentation are necessary as it is part of the job responsibilities.

You are engaged and motivated, with a drive to support clients in their change work, and possess a stress-resistant and stable personality that helps you handle both challenges and everyday personal tasks.

Salary: Hourly wage with individual salary setting. Collective agreement: Treatment, care, and support – Vision or Kommunal depending on the requirements of the tasks related to the work responsibilities.
